Slumdog Millionaire. It is written down.

Slumdog Millionaire, the famous Oscar-winning film, gives us an example of how our dreams can come true if we persist in them. It tells the story of a Indian man called Jamal Malik, who is being tortured by a policeman. Why? Because he's taking part on "Who Wants To Be a Millionaire?", the famous quiz show, and he's guessing all the questions. At the moment he has won 10 million rupees. He's been accused of cheating. To prove he's not, he tells the story of his life, and how the fortune and casuality has let him guess the questions. Everything he's been asked has been related with a moment of his life, which has been really complicated and hard.In his story he names a girl called Latika. They are in love. During his life, people have separated them, and he's always been looking for her, sometimes with more luck than others because of his brother Salim, gangsters, mafia, etc.
During the film, he convinces the policeman of his innocence, and he demonstrates that he isn't there to take the money, he just wants to contact with Latika, because it is probable that she's watching the show. After all, the policeman lets Jamal go away and continue with the quiz. He's able to win 20 million rupees. The final question is "What's the name of the third musketeer?" ( During the story, he talks about his brother and him as the 2 musketeers, and he talks about Latika as "the other musketeer", because he never knew how he was called) He doesn't know it so he chooses the "calling a friend" joker. Latika answers the phone, she's safe, but she doesn't know the answer. Jamal says an answer by chance, but he's so lucky that he's right. The final sequence shows them kissing in the train station.

JUSTIN(e) BIEBER

If you're a citizen of the world, you have probably heard something about this teenager.
And if you have children between the ages of 12-15, it is possible that you've been blackmailed by failing the exams to get an entrance to go to his concert.
And why does this guy get all this people excited? Because he's one of the most famous singers in the whole world, he's handsome and he's got all the girls crazy for him. What a pity...And yes,  I say that because I couldn't be more against him.
In my opinion, he's an excellent product of the record companies. What's more, he has popularized a hairstyle thanks to them and now there are lots of mini-beliebers ( The word "belieber" is the name of the sort of people that follows him) wearing it. That's what anybody could call LACK OF PERSONALITY.

I would understand that they loved him because he sang very well...Ok. If you take away his body and you just let the voice, you'll be listening to an amusing, acute, pretty voice. Well, you'll be listening to a girl. When I first listened to one of his songs, my sister asked me if I recognised the voice. I answered I didn't, and next I said "What's HER name?"...pathetic.

Apart from his appearance and his voice, I've got one more important reason to hate Justin. He's one of the most overbearing, arrogant, rude and conceited artist I know. He said that his career was going so fast that he had reached Michael Jackson. Hello? Even if he were the best singer in the whole world, I wouldn't buy any of his CDs or go to any of his concerts. There's something more important than this.  Humility.

But, what can we do? There are lots of teenagers around the world falling in love with him in every moment. If they don't stop shouting his name when he appears on a magazine, he won't ever stop believing he's a god.

ESSAY

Who has never gone out for a meal? This is a typical action we frequently do because we don't have much free time to cook, but we have the risk to eat junk food.

First of all, I'm gonna talk about the advantages. We can save much time buying cooked food, so instead of spending our free time cooking, we can do our favourite hobbies such as going sailing, doing judo, playing the piano...

Also, we prefer the food that the food business sells us, because it is tasty and, of course, lots of studies make it attractive to be sold, so, obviously, we eat it and we want to try it again and again.

But there is a big disadvantage: This type of food is amazingly unhealthy, because we eat lots of things that need preservatives, coloring and sweetiners. Moreover, we don't even know where the food comes from, so we could be eating a rat and we wouldn't know it. Also, if we looked at the calories, we would see that the number is enormous.

So, what's the solution? In my opinion, cooking our own food is the best answer. We know we have to spend time on preparing it, but our health will appreciate our effort. On the one hand, we'll know what we're cooking because we'll buy natural condiments and we'll prepare them as we like. On the other hand, we'll have the good feeling of doing something well and we'll get fit.

If we give up junk food, our organism will be stronger and we will feel better with ourselves. What do you think about it?

That day, my life changed forever...

I was asleep in my pretty pink craddle when suddenly, my mum came into my bedroom and woke me up with a big hug. She dressed me up quickly and we left our house. I didn't know where we were going and I was very happy. It was a hot summer day and we arrived at a place crowded with many children. Therefore, I thought it was a park.

There was a colourful train, many balls, swings, slides, bikes...So I said goodbye to my lovely mum and started to play with them. I jumped, ran, skipped...After a while, I turned around and that's when I realised my mum had gone away. I was alone in the middle of those naughty boys who tried to pull me down and hit me, so I thought " Mummy has just abandonned me".

Some teachers tried to calm me down but, when she returned I was crying in a corner and I didn't want to kiss her; instead, I ran towards my trolley.

Once we got home, I thought it was all over; however, it was only the beginning of  a nightmare which has lasted for...15 YEARS!!!!
