Who has never gone out for a meal? This is a typical action we frequently do because we don't have much free time to cook, but we have the risk to eat junk food.
First of all, I'm gonna talk about the advantages. We can save much time buying cooked food, so instead of spending our free time cooking, we can do our favourite hobbies such as going sailing, doing judo, playing the piano...
Also, we prefer the food that the food business sells us, because it is tasty and, of course, lots of studies make it attractive to be sold, so, obviously, we eat it and we want to try it again and again.
But there is a big disadvantage: This type of food is amazingly unhealthy, because we eat lots of things that need preservatives, coloring and sweetiners. Moreover, we don't even know where the food comes from, so we could be eating a rat and we wouldn't know it. Also, if we looked at the calories, we would see that the number is enormous.
So, what's the solution? In my opinion, cooking our own food is the best answer. We know we have to spend time on preparing it, but our health will appreciate our effort. On the one hand, we'll know what we're cooking because we'll buy natural condiments and we'll prepare them as we like. On the other hand, we'll have the good feeling of doing something well and we'll get fit.
If we give up junk food, our organism will be stronger and we will feel better with ourselves. What do you think about it?
